ULTRAMAN HOTEL — Hotel in Shanghai

My son is an Ultraman fan and he loved staying at this hotel and enjoying at this theme park, similar level of excitement comparing with his last visit to the Ultraman hometown in Japan.  Despite there were some communication issues happened between the hotel and Trip.com, both teams tried their best to solve the issue and support us.  Special thanks to the Trip.com lady (sorry that I forgot to ask for her name) who spoke with me several rounds for exploring solutions.  Heartfelt thanks to Mr. Roger Yao (the manager on duty of Ultraman Hotel in the afternoon on 05Apr) who successfully made my son happy again after a disappointment.  Will definitely stay again and...
