Venus International Hotel — Hotel in Shanghai

We recently stayed at Venus International Hotel near Shanghai Pudong Airport Wild Animal Park and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodating, even utilizing translators to ensure seamless communication. Despite our late check-in, they were ready to assist us promptly.The room exceeded our expectations, offering ample space with a comfortable king bed and an additional double bed, ideal for accommodating our family of four. The cleanliness and tidiness of the room were commendable, and the thoughtful gesture of providing a packet of fruits added a nice touch to our stay. The presence of multiple windows allowed for excellent ventilation, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere.Security was never a concern, providing peace of mind for families. Furthermore, the early breakfast service starting at 6 am was convenient, allowing us to fuel up before our visit to the Shanghai Wild Animal Park at 9 am. The hotel's proximity to the park, just a 10-minute drive away, was incredibly convenient, situated on the main road.Overall, our stay at Venus International Hotel was delightful, offering comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. A worse nightmare being in the hotel for a nightI faced the below issues at hotel1. AC was not functioning in room, when we complained they said AC maintenance going on so AC will not work for next few days2. The building seems to be old and facilities are outdated.3. No fridge available in room4. Front desk staff were not professional5. The room had an odour which felt bad6. Great place to stay for the price , ladies on the front desk seen we had a child with us and upgraded to a family room with play area and bubble gum , made my daughter extremely happy, thank you for this , guest laundry amazing , room size big and very comfortable , windows that open for fresh air , good breakfast ...Transport service to and from destination All in all a very happy stay , will definitely stay again when visiting wild...
