Every part of our stay felt comfortable and relaxing.I especially want to highlight the incredible service we received from one of the staff members — a kind female staff member with glasses who truly went above and beyond for us. She was so attentive, helpful, and made sure we felt at home throughout our stay. I had a pleasant experience during my stay, and I must commend the excellent service provided by the reception staff. They were very helpful and accommodating throughout my visit. The price was quite affordable, offering great value for money. The room itself was comfortable enough for a good rest. However, I did find a few drawbacks. The hotel is a bit far from the nearest metro station, which made commuting slightly inconvenient. Family trip with two kids, hotel room is big for 4 of us, the aircon/heater system is working well. the size of the beds is sufficient for 1 adult and 1 kids, it will be better to have a bigger bed for two adult.Has washing machine and a heater at the basement, its a self-service and washing detergent also provided. It is a free to use.Location is not the best on transport as it is about 1.5km to 1.8km to walk to Subway but it is fine for my family to walk. it has Starbucks, KFC and other local food at about 140m away from the hotel. and also shopping mall about 1.5km...
