Yunhe Yebo Hotel — Hotel in Shanghai

The hotel customer service was OUTSTANDING here and for the really affordable price I would highly recommend a stay as it’s less than 30mins from the Pudong International Airport. There is free breakfast and evening snacks included in the price which is an absolute bargain!A few things I would recommend the hotel to look into to further improve the overall experience: 1. Unfortunately they are located directly opposite a bar/karaoke club and due to the holiday season there were loud youths shouting outside until 2-3am. The hotel staff were very responsive however and went to talk to the bar manager who immediately tried to resolve it. 2. The rooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly as the floor was slightly dusty even after cleaning. 3. I think it might be customary in some hotels to request guests to create the 5/5 star review immediately at check out. We have stayed in this hotel chain twice on our one week China business trip. What really stands out from this hotel chain is that they offer impeccable customer service. Warm greetings from the moment we arrived at the hotel drop off, ease of check-in and professional shuttle service arrangement to Pudong airport. All the staff from the bellboy, the reception staff and the shuttle driver gave excellent services.The entrance, lobby and corridor have a lux interior ambience. The room we stayed in, was spacious and clean. However, the fridge inside the cabinet seems to be faulty and the aircon cannot be set to cooling mode, there is only fan and heater mode. We hope the management could fix these in our next stay. A sweet gesture, which made our day, the hotel prepared us a breakfast bag with bread, boiled egg, yoghurt and banana for our flight in the morning and they also gave us two lucky charms. This is easily the best hotel we've stayed at in China. The service is amazing. The breakfast buffet had many choices and was wonderful. The room was clean (by Western standards), very nice and modern. The decoration is nice throughout the hotel. Our room was lovely. The bed was comfy. Everything was just perfect, actually. ||||They have shuttles to take you to the airport, the subway, Disneyland and the wildlife park that they organize through Wechat. The room service we ordered from their restaurant was quite good as well with some Western food options if you're not that into Chinese food and was very reasonably priced. ||||We felt that we were treated like family during our stay. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here. It was so unbelievably cheap, too, when we booked. This may have been due to Covid, though, and it being off-season. I would've happily paid double the price...
