深圳机场凯悦酒店（Hyatt regency Shenzhen airport） — Hotel in Shenzhen

This is my 3rd stay in this property, I left a remark on my booking on my early arrival at 4am few days before my booked date. Nobody contacted me with my request and upon arrival at the hotel, the front desk lady staff told me that the hotel is fully booked and it wouldn't be possible to check me in until 12pm. I politely asked her to check if there is room available (I am more than willing to pay extra charges or even a nightly rate), and she repeated the same response telling me that early check-in is not possible from a distance and not even bother checking for available room in the system. I felt disrespected and had no choice and waited in the lobby until the next shift of front desk staff came to work at 7am, this time the staff was nice to check for me in the system and found an available room for us to check-in with an extra charge. I do understand early check-in is not guaranteed but the previous staff could have handled this better, check for available room and tell us that extra charges will be applied, I am more than willing to pay. I was not able to book the room as online booking for the date on 3rd Jan 2025 was greyed out. There are still rooms available on 3rd party websites (trip.com and tripadvisor), it was a huge disappointment that the front desk staff decided not to check and help us out, and left us in the lobby waited from 4am to 8am.||||I would say other than this poorly trained staff, all the experiences I received throughout the stay were great, except for the 4 hours wait...

The hotel is very modern and well furnished.||||Check in was efficient and the regency suite very nice m. Bed was comfortable and a big living area and huge bathroom. Plenty of storage and room well sound proofed. I think some have balconies and which sounds nice!||||The gym is very modern and whilst not a huge one like the 3rd party at Hyatt regency Yantian, it has everything you need and is generally very quiet and I would say one of better hotel gyms. The lady at entrance to the spa was very welcoming. Indoor pool is excellent for laps and again very quiet.||||Club lounge space is nice and not busy. Food is a good quality and a live cooking station and good selection of drinks. Hours are short and close at 9pm which is not great for work and the lady was not so friendly at 901pm but I understand it was a language barrier.||||Breakfast in the main restaurant was the best you will get anywhere - has everything you could ever want.||||I am not sure if it was concierge or a bell boy but along with front desk they were so kind and sorting out my Allipay and dd so it linked and translated in English - so appreciate.||||Dylan the manager is a great ambassador to the hotel and has been very friendly and welcoming and is very passionate re service - he made the hotel for me and many other hotels could learn from - I hope to...

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Airport, and it was a flawless experience from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly situated for travellers, offering the ultimate convenience of being right at the airport (just a 7 minutes walk from the gate with clear directions).

What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Eric Chen and Molly were absolute standouts—professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. I had a parcel to send to my supplier, but as I do not have China mobile number, I was unable to send the parcel. Eric went out of the way to assist me by helping me to make the parcel booking with his phone. The staff dedication to customer satisfaction is evident and greatly appreciated.

The rooms are modern, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. The dining options were fantastic, offering a wide range of delicious choices to suit any palate.
