During a recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Place Shenzhen Airport, and I must say it was a delightful experience. After a grueling day of meetings and presentations, nothing could have been more refreshing than the warm welcome we received from the hotel's exceptional reception staff, SunShine and Rebecca.From the moment we stepped into the lobby, their friendly smiles and genuine hospitality set the tone for our stay. SunShine, with an aptly fitting name, radiated positivity and made us feel right at home. I selected this hotel because it is in Shenzhen airport, near T3. But the signage for the location is not good, difficult and confusing . coming from MTR Airport T3 station, No sign there how to get to Level 3. To do this you have to go to level 2 and at the far end are are signs for the hotels block and the carpark. Near a McD. I ask the airport staff for help, They used their phone to translate the direction into English for be, Very helpful. Checkin is on this floor. Need to take the lift to this floor. The staff are very helpful. Large room, well lit and comfortably. Dining room is at the checking L level in the lift. Great breakfast. Nice room friendly staff. Good location if u wanna close to airport.But the AC panel does not work for the room at all. I was quite sick from mini surgery two days ago. Set room in heat mode and target 24 C while the room was at 18 C. Went sleep. Frozen to wake up at 2 am. Found myself burning and the room was still 18 C. I got super strong fever the next morning. Called the front desk, I was told the AC panel at my room does not work. Shocking they told ppl to adjust the setting. But guess what? Not working either, even I set the mode as fan.
