Conrad Shenzhen — Hotel in Shenzhen

Just as a normal restaurant and bar patron, and after that at around 1am sat at outside the hotel lobby lounge for around half an hour browsing the phone without causing any disturbance, (which is quite normal as many hotels bars closed at 1-2am and allow non-staying guest to sit around), she then contacted the police just because maybe I said her attitude is bad. These are clear abusing her manager position. Maybe at the end the hotel have a legal right not to allow guest inside their area, but you are using the Hilton brand, so there is a policy to follow, normally large hotel brand policy is just non-staying guest cannot stay overnight or even much less stringent without time limit. Also the ‘overnight’ should be interpreted as after 3am-4am as many bars close at after 2am. Also under such circumstance it is totally ridiculous to contact the police, I can see the reason is personal revenge (she don’t like I say her attitude is bad, this maybe reflecting your deeply-rooted corrupt culture in Shenzhen). Contacting the police under such situation is unheard of in Hong Kong or Macau.||||Moreover I am 100% sure her English level is bad, because when she talked to me in Mandarin, as I am from Hong Kong, so I explain it in English. Then she insist ‘you are or looks like Chinese, and ridiculously to continue to use Mandarin. Best hotel experience ever!!!! Was upgraded to the deluxe suite and it was a remarkable room design to perfection, the room was not only spacious, very luxuriously designed, with motion-sensor-ed lights and curtains during the day And the view !! Was so beautiful both night and day , the night city lights , the beautiful harbour bridges , we were so impressed Hotel service was also top notch, was greeted and taken good care of by Elmma, she was so diligent and welcoming, kept tabs of how we were enjoying the stay. The executive lounge was very lovely great minicakes and food The breakfast buffet top notch, pastries won overall The hotel facilities were also perfect, everything sparking clean, every single staff was very helpful, we ordered takeaway and couldnt find our food at 4am the bellboy were also so helpful. The pool was big good enough for a good swim work out , not jst for photos and fun , they do require u to wear a swim cap, can sell u for 90rmb if you dont have one, the changing room with jacuzzi and steam room is spectacular, they were also very clean very diligent with lotions hair brush clean slippers for use The gym was amazing, with brand new and a vast diversity of machines , all sparking clean with a beautiful view Overall very memorable experience , wish we stayed...

I recently stayed at the Shenzhen Conrad Hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. A special shoutout to Eden for her outstanding customer relations! She truly went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable.During breakfast at the lobby bar, I noticed the staff working diligently, even during the busy rush hour. Despite the wait, their friendly attitude and professionalism made the experience pleasant. It was refreshing to see such dedication, and I appreciated their efforts.However, I did encounter an issue during the evening service on December 28th. Although the lobby bar was quiet around 7 PM, I found the male staff member to be somewhat arrogant and lacking basic courtesy. Despite my repeated expressions of thanks for the food, he remained silent and did not collect the finished dishes. This was disappointing compared to the excellent service I received during breakfast.Overall, I highly recommend the Shenzhen Conrad Hotel for its exceptional service during the day, and I hope to see improvements in the evening staff's attitude.
