I debated whether to stay in the city center or opt for a more secluded location, but since my main priority was relaxation, I ultimately chose this hotel. Aside from the distance from downtown, everything about my stay was excellent.||||Upon arrival, it took me a bit of time to locate the check-in area, as there was no concierge staff on the first floor. However, once I settled in, the experience was smooth. I stayed in a King Executive Room, which featured a cool-toned, modern design. A sculptural art piece greeted me upon entry, and to the right, the toilet, shower, and bathtub were thoughtfully separated. Passing through a small dressing area, I entered the main bedroom space.||||A welcome fruit platter was provided, though unfortunately, the taste didn’t quite match its beautiful presentation. While it looked appealing, I believe more attention could be given to the flavor. The room itself was comfortable and met expectations, but what truly stood out was the evening lounge experience.||||The food selection was memorable—delicious noodles and a unique, fruit-infused steamed bread that I had never encountered before. The bedroom is great! When it comes to the location this hotel is in a very new area of the city and there is nothing here to do other than stay in the hotel. There is a fitness center waterfall’ with friendly staff and good sized swimming pool and equipment. In addition to the hotel I also bought the Hilton buffet that includes a variety of food and drinks and a nice way to enjoy the evening. The breakfast was also very good in the morning. Finally the staff were very understanding and helped me change my booking to a standard room rate. I apologize to the staff that I was not happy with the executive...

The swimming pool area is a highlight – it's spacious, clean, and offers both indoor and outdoor options.
The executive lounge is a great place to relax and unwind, with plenty of comfortable seating and a good selection of snacks and drinks. And don't even get me started on the breakfast buffet! It's absolutely incredible, with a huge variety of both Western and Chinese dishes to choose from.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience...
