I was down for breakfast at 9.40am. I was aware the breakfast ends at 10am. There weren’t many selection of food choices and quite a few needed top up as they were empty. I spoke to the person on duty whom I later found out is the restaurant manager or similar in rank. His name is Jacky. I asked him to inform the kitchen to top up the stir fried noodles and eggs etc. I did not see him entering the kitchen to inform them about my request to top up the food and he was walking around using his phone and no customer service or communication with hotel guests. I asked him another two times, he said the kitchen is preparing it. At around 10am, a lady wearing a blazer came out and I spoke to her, why is there no noodles topped up. She said she did not receive any request from Jacky. To conclude this, I feel there must be sufficient food for all hotel guests and not because when breakfast is about to end, 20 minutes before 10am. No word of apology from Jacky or any form of communication with me after the incident. Actually this hotel is much more popular than you think.||Location:|Misleading.|Although the name contains Shenzhen North Railway Station but it is not very accessible -- you need to walk 15 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station and then take 1-stop to arrive at the railway station. So it is no more convenience to Shenzhen North Railway station than those hotels with subway station within walking distance.||Room:|So-so. |Honestly, the room is very big and the bed was comfortable.|There are no wall outlets close to the desk so it was not possible to charge laptop/cellphone while working.
