It is not even connected to the power socket also. ||Air conditioning also have problem. Waited for one hour, the temperature is still 25 degree. |Called the staff to come to look at it. Just say wait. It will go down. Didn't even bother to throughly check. ||International hotel with local standard. First class hotel with third class service. ||Will definitely not stay here again. If it hadn't been prepaid already, live definitely moved the next day. ||Sentosa Hotel - Go provide this kind of service in Singapore. Really pariah...

From my past experience, most mainland chinese are relatively impolite than other people. However, there are so many good staffs at this hotel that serving us so well. Especially the helpful staffs, the male manager and the staff, Grace (高楊) with sincere manner. btw, we checked in at 11:50 appx.| |Nevertheless, the room cleaner was super angry as she did not get our meaning and entered our room, I think I will go to this hotel again and wish this bad experience will not happen again.||I will recommend this hotel to my friends...

I had to swing between this and sister Sentosa property at Taoyuan due to lack of room for a continuous stay at either hotel. Both are definitely not 5-star by international standards. This hotel, Feicui branch, has slightly better room but poorer breakfast compare to the other branch. Staff is almost inexperienced and mindless.||||All in all, I think the Sentosa brand is a typical local brand that doesn't compare well to other international...
