Vienna Hotel — Hotel in Shenzhen

I stay a lot of time in difference hotel for my trip. but the hotel vienna service is belong to the very bad one and the customer comunication is totally wrong. what i ask they can not correctly to answer. the reason are:||1.we book two rooms for twonights. ||2.and we are finish our work in another city early so we call the hotel resevation to book one night. they hotel personal confirm it .||we arrive in the night and would like to make the check in, they can not found the resevation for us. one of them said it is o.k , she book in computer already. but another one said, it is not correct, they can bring us to another Vienna hotel. ||we are very tired, we do not want to move any more , but in this case i call the Hotel ramada , they reserve in the same time for me, and we just go to hotel ramada.||for the hotel Vienna, i have to say, it is in Shenzhen nordstation , the location is for some people o.k, but for the people would like to take some rest, it is not the best place. But if you have to wake up very earlly to take the train in shenzhen nord station, it is the good solution. if no, i would like to suggest you to find a hotel where you have more possibility to go arround and to have the more choice for your dinner or launch. ||specially are the personal of hotel not so professional , this is the big problem.||this is my...

An excellent stay for 1 night.|We had an early-morning train from SZ North so decided to stay night before instead of rushing from HK. A VERY good decision. Just a 2-minute walk between hotel and the station B-entrance. Several cafes and restaurants attached to hotel with decent pricing, sadly we didn't try as I was unwell and my wife is gluten-free.||Price is good, room very nice and clean. We loved the European decor in room and around hotel (even if 'fake-looking'), the room lighting is great including movement sensor for light by bathroom. |No in-room refrigerator or a swimming pool in hotel but we didn't miss those for 1 night.||We will definitely consider to stay again, it made our early-start the next day much...

Hotel is stone's throw away from Shenzhen North Railway Station – which gets you direct access to Hong Kong (just 18min by highspeed rail!), as well as their regular metro trains which takes you to most of the popular areas. Wechat and Alipay are the preferred methods of payment, although cash is also accepted! I've stayed here twice in 2 months and the rooms are clean.. the kettle in the room is clean... you get hot water the minute you turn on the shower!
