International Hotel Shijiazhuang — Hotel in Shijiazhuang

Me and my family stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, the rooms are good. The only thing that ruined my good impression about this hotel is the front desk receptionist’s attitude, was served by a lady 齐女士on 12/5/2024. She asked for the full name of my company in order to issue an official receipt, despite the fact that we have written the company name on a paper for her to type in, it was typed wrongly with spelling mistakes. I understand that mistakes are common but her attitude and inpatient after I requested for the mistake to be rectified make me feel uncomfortable.
