I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pan Pacific Tianjin Hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. My experience began with a warm and welcoming late-night check-in by Emily and the staff. Despite the hour, they greeted me with such genuine hospitality that I immediately felt at ease and appreciated. To my delight, I was upgraded to a suite, which made me feel incredibly valued as a guest.

The staff went above and beyond to assist with booking food and accommodating any needs I had as a foreign traveler. Their attentive service gave me a wonderful first impression of Tianjin, leaving me with a warm feeling about the city right from the start.

The suite itself was spacious and comfortable, with well-functioning air conditioning that made my stay even more enjoyable. The free mini bar drinks were a lovely touch, and the lack of a deposit made the check-in process seamless. The 24-hour gym was another fantastic amenity, perfect for keeping up with my fitness routine.

The hotel's location is another major plus. It is conveniently close to the ancient cultural street and the famous river, making it easy to enjoy a leisurely stroll and return to the hotel without hassle. The views from the room were stunning, just as described in other reviews.

Had the most wonderful stay at a hotel at Pan Pacific Tianjin in recent years, largely thanks to the warm hospitality of all front desk staff who were warm, welcoming and very helpful. I had a headache and as a foreigner, could not order painkillers via delivery and Leila from the front desk was really nice to help me out with it. Upon check out, the front desk staff were also all friendly and sweet (I forgot her name). I accidentally left my outerwear behind and the concierge was really helpful to help me retrieve and send it to my friend's hotel for me. It was a solo trip and witnessing such warmth and kindness overseas really made my trip memorable and I would like to thank all the staff! :)Location is perfect, just across the street from the river, and about a 10-15 minute walk from Tianjin Eye. Room is spacious and clean too. Only small room for improvement is if the ventilation can be better as there was a bit of smoke smell for a non-smoking room. But overall, Pan Pac Tianjin is a hotel I'll return to stay if I ever visit...
