通安客栈 — Hotel in Tongxiang

On the first day to wuzhen my wife and I and our 2 year old son had high fevers that kept coming and going, stopping and then coming back again, to the point that in the middle of the night I had to wake up the receptionist to call an ambulance to take my son to the hospital. They was very very helpful they searching around all night to find a way to help is get to the hospital . On the morning of the second day at Wuzhen Tong’an Inn, we decided to end our 10-day trip in China to return to Vietnam. There’s a staff name ”小杨 ”at the hotel was very attentive When he saw me busy searching for information about another hospital to take my wife and our child to the hospital (they had a higher fever than me). He guided us very well. He proactively asked his boss to go with us to the hospital to help us in our difficult situation. At the hospital, he also helped us with paperwork, asked and requested help from the nurses and doctors there. He also helped us call the hotels that we had booked but had not arrived yet to ask for a refund because there were 2 hotels that we chose that could not be refunded if we did not arrive. 十餘年前，烏鎮景區初營業時，即住宿過通安客棧，那時覺得古色古香，挺有一番韻味。 此回感受完全不同，原以為訂個通寶樓有陽台的房間，可以下看小河淌水，卻未知是棟新建築，完全不見小河，只見建築物的屋頂。 房間面積夠大尚可接受，兩張較寬的單人床，另有沙發及泡茶的茶几。浴室雖然沒有浴缸，面積不是很大，不過足堪使用。 目前烏鎮內景區內的旅館，統一在售票處旁邊辦理入住，以及購買景區門票。之後，有電瓶車送往不同的景區內旅館。 電視頻道選擇性多，但幾乎全為中文頻道，最糟糕的是選台器作用不正常。 早餐以中式為主，普通的很，品質不是很好。餐廳的作業型式宜加強，例如：葷素使用的夾子未分，對吃純素的人士，不太方便；部分用餐完座位的...
