We spent two nights here. The standard of the rooms is very high, as expected for the Ramada hotel chain. There is also a swimming pool and a spa area, but we did not visit it. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast in the 28th floor, both european and chinese style. In principle, the 28th floor should be rotating, by apparently it is not turned on all the time. Friendly personnel, but english is not their strength. The chinese restaurant has excellent chinese dishes. We really enjoyed our stay there. Beatiful view on the city (room at the 22nd floor).||The minibar in the room was locked; probably, they will unlock it upon request. There is also a code-protected safe and a very sophisticated toilet (with heated seat, warm and cold water and hot air for drying, including a blue light at night; funny!).||For airport or railway station transfer, you need about one hour...

The staff speak a little bit of English which I find enormously helpful, and they are accommodating and will help with any issues you have. I requested some cutlery for my room so I could eat in the hotel room and within 5 minutes they’d brought it. A couple of negatives: the desk area in the hotel room was really dusty, the hotel needs to pay more attention to dusting. The pillows were not very comfortable, but this is subjective. Also, the toilets smell like cigarette smoke, so there needs to be stricter enforcement of no smoking indoors.Overall I definitely do recommend this hotel, it is good...
