Unfortunately my experience with Bitsgap support has been '100% non-responsive'. I raised a request via the inAPP chat function 3 days ago, it's not even been read (despite the 'we are back in 2 hours' message which must be bot driven as it doesn't seem to mean anything). I also sent a second request 2 days ago which has met the same fate. Additionally, because unfortunately I am committed to Bitsgap, I emailed support (given that we get emails every day from Bitsgap support - just not answers to the question that we raise). This email has not been answered either. Unfortunately now I feel that this is the only way that I can get some attention on this. Please be aware that this is an issue .... don't expect a fast response .... or in my case ...... don't expect any...

I'll want it clean. Very nice workers. One thing that made it a little uncomfortable is that the air conditioning is automatic. During the day it is impossible to stay in the room, very hot, it prevented me from resting, I always needed to leave the hotel during the day. And also the numbers of the fourth star are a little confused and also the reception could have the basics of English, which would help quite strangers who want to stay in this place. From 0 -10 the note I'll give to this hotel is 8. Despite the air-conditioning malfunctioning during the day. The bed is very comfortable, and the hotel is quite clean.
