Xiamen C&D Hotel — Hotel in Xiamen

I had a fantastic experience staying at the hotel with my family. The front desk supervisor, Veronica Lin, was truly exceptional in her service. She was extremely helpful and attentive, making every effort to upgrade our room to the Xinyue twin bed Room, which had a bathtub as I had requested. Her professional introduction to the hotel's amenities and services was extremely informative. Additionally, Veronica presented us with a unique bag of desserts, which was a delightful surprise. I couldn't believe that the hotel has been operating for 40 years and yet maintains such a high level of service and comfort. She showed us to our room, assisted us with our luggage, and made sure we had a pleasant stay. Overall, Veronica's service and the hotel's facilities made our trip...

My wife and I came up for a long weekend. The hotel will very nice, but really spread out. All of the front desk people and concierge were over the top helpful. They booked taxis for us, at the hotel and while we were out. So thanks. The morning buffet breakfast was very good--service was equally as good. The only bad thing was the resort style lay out of the hotel--3 hotel buildings. The pool and fitness center were a 10 minute walk from our building.||Xiamen is a very nice city...but the transportation system cannot handle the amount of travelers. Make sure you have a taxi app on your cell or you will find yourself stuck in certain areas of...
