Nice hotel, fairly new, very comfortable bed and great shower. Be aware that it is a new area being redeveloped and there is almost nothing near this hotel, just a convenience store, one sad looking bar/restaurant and 2 local sketchy restaurants so you will need to take a taxi anywhere you want to go. As a gold member I got upgraded to a bayview room which had a good view but no club lounge access. Was quoted 228 rmb for a single person to enter the club lounge at the evening happy hour only, when to book a club room was only about 200 rmb more per night at booking time with full access to the club lounge for 2 people including breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour. So if you are gold and below I definitely recommend booking a club room that gets full breakfast and evening happy hour especially considering there is a lack of dining options nearby. Also the lobby is huge with massive empty space in the middle and needs more than 2 chairs and one sofa for people waiting in the lobby. Oh and the outdoor pool was closed during my stay but no notice was given when i booked it one day...

Also the service after we found something to claim about.Actually this was the disappointing part: the room was clean and prepared but the a final check would have been fine. So they would have found some leftovers from the customer before and some damages.But the claim was handled very fast.
