Ruiyang Crown Hotel — Hotel in Yining City

Ruiyang Huangguan Hotel is also Ruiyang Crown Hotel. It is the typical Chinese hotel you experienced in every Rural cities in China. Believe it was superb and good when it was new, but now as in many other hotels, it lacks maintenance and has become quite run down. ||Having said that, this hotel supplies most of the necessities in the room, such as kettle, in room slippers, tissues, mineral water and tea leaves which you don’t normally find in rural hotels. ||Room is spacious and well lite, only setback is the bath and face towels have already turned yellow and should have been changed. ||Wifi in the room is well acceptable and is a lot faster than mobile data network as it has fiber connection router in the room, but you can’t expect speed of fiber optic like you get in Singapore or Hong Kong. ||Breakfast is only opened at 7am Beijing time, foods served are quite typical if Chinese breakfast, only comforting is most dishes are served hot and warm, hence it is alright to start a...

Not worth paying the price and staying in this hotel. It need lots of refurbishment. Toilet floor and mat moldy. Towels are yellowish and damp to the touch. Carpets does have a certain smoky smell. There is no refrigerator and safe box in the room too. There is also no in-house laundry service. Though laundry service is outsource it does not include under wears and socks and not same day delivery. Facial tissues are not replenished. You can hear doors being slammed in neighboring rooms. No concierge service at all. Only one consolation, reception staff quite helpful. First impression when you walk into the hotel ....... very uninviting, gloomy ambience and totally need refurbishing if it needs to take in more discerning clientele. I will not stay in this hotel or even recommend...

It took 5 days to solve my internet issues. I had to insist but finally had a room to work. More proactivity would help to solve issues. Especially if your client knows the solution, better listen...
