Without a doubt, the worst hotel in China that I’d been in thus far because there is no “service” to speak of. No tour desk, no concierge and they don’t help guests to send something small like a postcard overseas, which is unheard of for an international chain. I had worked in hotels before and we always helped the guests to mail letters, postcards, parcels. The staff in Sheraton Qingdao and Wanda Realm Nanjing offered to bring the postcard to the nearest post office to send it but the staff at Innside simply said it’s not done here. They did offer their courier service which costs over 100RMB to send a postcard out of China. Excuse me, 100rmb for a postcard? Are you sending it...
Read moreHighly recommend this hotel! First, the location is fantastic, it is just a 10-minute walk from Zhengzhou East Station, which has an intercity train that reaches the airport in about 20 minutes, as well as connections to the HSR and the subway system. The area is fairly quiet but there's good restaurants near the station plaza with local specialties, and it's a 15-minute walk to the Haihui office area with more restaurants, bar, and a mall. The hotel itself is nicely laid out, the rooms are big and clean, I like that the toilet and the shower area are both separate from each other. Service is also excellent, with late checkout. Will book this hotel again...
Read moreHotel is just about 15 minutes walking distance from Zhengzhou East Railway station, so it is very convenience and surrounding the hotel, there are quite a number of places to eat and shop.||||Check-in and check-out is efficient and thank you for the room upgrade which is a plus to me and I requested for a late check-out, as I returned to the hotel after my meetings which was already 2 plus in the afternoon. ||||Breakfast is included in the package, but breakfast was just okay, with limited varieties and it taste just average. Other than that, everything was great.||||Will be back for my next trip...
