Back at this hotel however the woman receptionist is SO SO SO RUDE, has no patients, bad manners, she nearly tore my passport as she couldn't get it to scan on her computer, left a big crease on my photo page, this is an official document... She called up our room to apologize but she lacks manners and seems can't work under pressure. Sort out your reception staff, if too busy employ more people on front of counter and awaiting 45 minutes to check in is not acceptable plus expecting a 5 star review, are you crazy?????However apart from the check in issue due to an angry Receptionist whom should be representing the company and first impressions always count the hotel is lovely, I would come back again but not to see the angry receptionist, left a sour...

Check In process is slow and I arrived very late which I prefer a quicker process to the room. When I came into the room, the window is opened. Water coming out from the shower head is thin fast water blade and when showering consistently my skin hurts. I booked 2 rooms and both shower same. Breakfast has good choice but no one organize the table. I need to hurt down my table. The front desk is good services and did apologize my experience. In room service, we did ask for extra bed sheets and basically just dump into the room. I do not expect 5 stars service but I felt this hotel has great potential as the building is quite new. Great hotel, even serving free night porridge and cakes between 21:30-23:00, however this is not communicated at check in, only found out about this as went to do washing on the 3rd floor next to the restaurant and saw the sign about this.Rooms are very clean, no smell of smoke anywhere and very good WiFi, with a good breakfast and free washing facilities, also the bed is very wide and comfortable, also free parking and charging stations around 1 minute away (all free parking)However there is a slow charge facilities within the car park and in the designated bays for you to park however can't use these facilities which is a shame, with the day and age of electric cars, this issue...
