GRAN HOTEL SAN RAFAEl — Hotel in Antioquia

Clean nice room, but i happened to have has a room closest to the street on a weekend night... maybe there were quiter rooms. As i did ask about the noise, i wouldve appreciated being offered a quiter room, maybe there was none available, i domt know. If you went to san rafael for partying or to stay out late - good option! I however came for one nights rest with the specific plan of getting my clothes washed and dried asap, having chosen to go there checking about the washing drying beforehand. Being told it could be done by 8am next day. Noting and mentioning the noise from the street i was told it would quiet down soon, probably by midnight. Not really. Managed to sleep 2-3 hours with headphones but woke to the noise a 2am and got no rest. When my clothes was to be picked by 7 they were to dry in the sun - impossibly wouldve been dry before noon - or had it rained - not even the same day. I had 2 more nights before flying 20h to europe. I needed dry clean clothes. Thats the reason i went to gran hotel, i triple checked this. There would have been no way my clothes wouldve been dry by 8 as i was told tho. As there was no drying machine. I really wouldve appreciated being told the truth instead of likely what was said to just have my stay that night and also buy the cleaning service.
