Hotel Gutier — Hotel in Antioquia

Quiet hotel, had a room in the back in a corner. This may be the only quiet one in downtown RioNegro based on the reviews. There are desks in some rooms. A top sheet was on the bed which seems to be hit or miss in Colombia. Two blankets included in room. Two towels included in room. Great, great location one block from the town square. A pretty church is one block away. Hot water is good. There is a restaurant on the ground floor for breakfast and lunch. My room in the back has a weak wifi signal. You can sit in the restaurant for a good wifi signal and also watch people go by. It does not have openings from ground to roof like many Colombian so it is quieter. Is on a...

I highly recommend this family owned hotel in Rionegro, Antioquia, Colombia near Medellin. Administration and the staff are very friendly and polite. I had my clothes washed everyday, bed sheets changed. The food at the restaurant is the best in town

This is an update of this cozy hotel near the center of town. The new administration is wonderful. The service is impeccable. I can't wait to be back here of the many times I've been here....

Tuvimos muchos inconvenientes en nuestra estadía, tales como: cabina del baño sin un vidrio, avisamos desde que llegamos y a pesar de que el hotel no estaba lleno, no nos cambiaron de habitación, sólo nos dieron toallas para poner en el piso. El papel higiénico que pusieron estaba a punto de acabarse y éramos tres personas, aunque luego pedimos y nos dieron otro rollo. La calle de acceso al hotel está con arreglos y no se nos advirtió antes de nuestra llegada. Los juegos de mesa que ofrecen están incompletos, no hay cómo jugar. Hay un restaurante pero no pudimos desayunar porque el chef no trabaja los festivos entonces no pudimos probar nada del hotel. El wifi sólo es de nombre porque nunca nos funcionó. El agua de la ducha sale un chorro de agua hirviendo y luego un chorro de agua helada y no hay cómo cuadrarla bien. Y en la habitación se escuchaban todos los ruidos que hacían las empleadas y...
