“My stays at this hotel are always last-minute since my partner’s family lives nearby. Both times I’ve stayed here, I’ve run into the same issues. The location is excellent, the front desk staff is five stars, and the cleanliness and everything else is great — but the Wi-Fi and breakfast are absolutely horrible. Let’s start with the Wi-Fi: it’s completely unreliable, slow, and practically unusable. I don’t even want to talk about it — it’s just awful, so forget about planning a work stay at this hotel. Then there’s the breakfast. The service is, as Colombians would say, guache. The food has no flavor, they use the cheapest products on the market, and although it’s supposed to be a buffet, they serve you the food themselves and even limit how much juice you can have. It may sound funny, but it’s true. So, for a one-night stay if you have something to do in Sabaneta, the hotel works — but planning a full stay in Medellín here is not something I’d recommend. It could easily turn into a nightmare.”

We had a great time during our stay. Rooms are clean & neat, modern facilities & clean, plenty of natural light around the hotel. Great customer service willing to take care of your request right away. Garage included, yummy breakfast & plenty of coffee. Strategy location super close to the main area of Medellin & Valle de Aburra. They do your bed everyday so it’s a plus to come back after your long day & see a perfect bed made & clean bathroom/room… Safe box in closet. We highly recommend & God willing could come back. Around the reception there is a mini deli with snacks & drinks, plus toiletries… Give them 5 stars in Sabaneta!

The room was okay, the attendant was good at his job. But the food in the morning was disgusting. I never knew someone could mess up eggs. The most disgusting scrambled eggs I have had. A lot of oil, there was hair in my food and somehow the eggs were dry. There was black stuff stuck to egg pieces. Just nasty 🤢

I paid for 2 people. Yet they only gave me one person worth of food. Manager was very rude, she wanted me to pay more for 2 portions. Even after bringing it to their attention they did nothing but lie and say the portion they gave me was for 2 people. Even though its all on one plate. Then the utensils were dirty and I had to ask for plastic utensils. They are very stingy and dont make you feel comfortable. This is my last time ever going here and no one else should go either until they change management and morning staff including the breakfast staff. Maybe they should work as the cleaning staff only and hire people who wont cheat you with the breakfast you paid for. Its good to know this is how they...

I was here for business for about 8 hours in total! The room was small and the bathroom smaller. The only little problem with the bathroom was the toilet is one of those toilets that barely flushes the water. The staff were very friendly and the bed was comfortable. The one thing that changed my mind about this hotel was the breakfast. I was dying of thirst and asked for another OJ and they stated they would have to charge, asked about another coffee and they said they would have to charge, and they said they could only offer my bottled water. Overall very nice hotel for this area. Yet, it was these little things that change your mind about a...
