It was our First time in Santa Veronica. JP is the best host and I express BEST, his staff amazing (house staff and the beach boys). The koko house, the grounds were absolutely stunning, relaxing, the pool, the food, the drinks and last but not least the beautiful trees and flowers. Duke is the dog house host😂🤣 he was such a blast. My boyfriend and I went for kiting and it was great. My BF loves the waves and I'm learning (JP took us over to some flat water) kiting was so fun literally windy everyday, many options in short driving ranges. Friendly people, good restaurants near, there are these wonderful transportation trucks called tuk tuk, but the town was so lovely we walked everywhere. When we left Santa Veronica we left friends, we met so many wonderful people. Thanks JP. We definitely added koko house to our routine❤️

The best place to stay in santa veronica! A nice familiar place to relax and to kitesurf, good for beginners and also for advanced kiters. Juanpablo ist the coolest and best host, teacher + friend. He takes good care of you and has built the most beautiful bungalows in the region! In the windy season the spot is perfect to kite everyday! I took classes with the teachers JP does hire. They are very professional and nice people too. I had a good learning process there and can recommend the place to stay and to learn kitesurfing and for having funny gamesessions after dinner or enjoying nice poolparties. You will have a good time there for sure! Best recomandations...

This place is like heaven for Kitesurfers. It feels less like a hotel, more like a home. The spot to kitesurf is close (around 15 min walk). JP is the owner & will be also like a friend to you (& Duke, his dog, is the cutest). He gives his very best to always improve the place. Every week he and his team organize activities like a ping-pong tournament, small partys with live music, yoga and much more. The vibe is awesome. I guarantee you, you will have a good time here.
