Our time with Sonia at El Nido was absolutely wonderful. She is a kind and thoughtful host who made us feel completely at home. Sonia offered a warm, welcoming space, cooking delicious breakfasts and generously sharing both her home and her time. My husband had been in touch with her for a few months before our visit, and when we arrived, she greeted us like family—with hugs and the warmest smile. Throughout our stay, Sonia shared the incredible community work she’s involved in, as well as her own stories, making us feel a part of her world for the four days we were there. Sonia’s gentle, caring nature extends not only to her guests and community, but to animals as well. We were amazed to watch her tenderly feed a banana to a turtle with an injured lip. El Nido itself is also lovely retreat, with lush flower gardens and serene spots to relax and take in the surroundings. By the time we had to leave, it was hard to say goodbye. The best thing is the familiar felling you will have there and the opportunity to share so many things with so many persons from some many places. Read moreEn una casa familiar, la habitación esta dentro de la casa, es muy acogedora, Doña Sonia, es muy amable, muy servicial y te hace sentir como en casa, el desayuno se paga aparte, pero ella trata de consentirte siempre, no es recomendable llevar mascotas como perros si no son sociables, porque hay gatos y perros recatados. Los niños amaran el lugar. La habitación es amplia, con muchas cobijas disponibles, porque hace mucho frio, pero es super tranquilo, perfecto para descansar....
