Hotel H21 — Hotel in Cali

The room was okay for the price however the location is the worse! they even tell you to not stay in the area and to take a taxi only called by the hotel to go out. Some taxi's don't even enter this area so you have to ask each time to see if they will be able to take you. They lied and said we smoked in the room, we never did we would always go outside to smoke. and them 2 weeks later after we had left they charged my credit card $40 for "smoking in the room" and when i sent them emails telling them to refund the charge they sent me pictures of the door of our room saying look you smoked, that picture could have been taken after we left because there was no date on their and it doesn't even show any smoke coming out of the room because we didn't! I called VISA and they will dispute the charge however I would NEVER stay...

The rooms are very dated. There is only a partition that does not extend to the ceiling (it has a door) two separate the bedroom portion from the bathroom. The Wi-Fi is a bit challenged in some rooms but they're all clean.

There is complimentary breakfast it's cooked to order but you don't have much of a choice but it's adaquate.

The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The worst thing about this place is the neighborhood. You could actually play a game where you count the prostitutes on your way back to the hotel at night. It is surely not a good...
