Cartagena Beach Resort — Hotel in Cartagena

Posting photos for now and will update my overall experience when I check out. But so far wifi strength 1.6 not fast enough to stream movies, shower 🚿 head was plugged up, was slightly fixed, shower drain clogged. NO hot water. First 2 nights no AC or Day 8 still no WiFi. This brand of television doesn't have options to change language to English sound if I had wifi. Still was never told where to dispose of garbage 🗑️ Glass Shower door missing has glass door for toilet area but not shower water splatters out of shower 🚿. No toilet tissue. For all repairs I was put in position to baby sit repairman. Was supposed to have fiber WiFi installation done last week but installers left and said they had another appointment they would return to finish here next Monday by 10am and should only be another 3 hrs of my time to oversee them instead of enjoy my vacation. These things actually have nothing to do without building functions but solely on the person I paid 1 month in advance to rent their apartment all bills included. If first week is any indication of my next 3 weeks I surly won't return. But staff employees were are nice and helpful.

But there is no restaurant on premises as stated in amenities Building still under construction Update Finally after 17 days fiber WiFi installed but I had to spend the day with installer instead of owner or representative, Shower water still not draining, loose floor tile careful not to catch a toe or foot. TV 27" still not a smart capable of change language, so you will be frustrated if you don't speak Spanish & want to unwind with tv. The best desk clerk was Dayanna in lobby. If you inquire about room here avoid prepayment if you get Unit #1643 representative Cesia Mendoza Aguadi until you visually inspect that everything is ok. Do not expect Hot water in this building, pool water is warmer. I moved out 1 week early, so only actually there for 3 weeks , continually ask her if all communication can go thru mutual contact that introduced us . I ask for contract & receipt for money payed for all Bills included for 1 month payment in advance. But she neglected to give any documentation and refused to use our 3rd party for communication & then tried to extort extra money from me with writen threats to block my exit from country...

Rooms are new and awesome, there are some minor construction deficiencies. Contact with the agency/owner can be troublesome. I have stayed twice. I've had to contact each time for the correct door code. Thankfully I saved there Colombia contact information in my phone (Whatsapp) they replied quickly, no issues. I highly recommend if you book, request their direct contact information. Very convenient location. Many restaurants very close, two groceries within a block and a half. Airport is 2.5 blocks away. I would definitely recommend for the price. Just get that...

Dodgy neighborhood, but there is 24/7 security outside and the reception staff plus guards were all very lovely/helpful. The building interior and rooms are still being built so it looks very unfinished. The elevators are sketchy it dropped 2 feet as we stepped into. There is no drinking water to stay hydrated, soap to clean with, or hot water for showers and hand washing. The construction is happening on different floors and they start early in the morning so we were glad we only stayed 1 night. The pool is not open or is still under...
