I had the pleasure of dining at "Zistaki", a cozy Arab food restaurant located in the heart of the city. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which made me feel right at home. The decor was tasteful, and the seating was comfortable, which added to the overall experience.

One of the standout features of "Zistaki" was the owner's kindness. He greeted each customer with a friendly smile and made sure to ask if everything was to their liking. His attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction were truly remarkable.

Now, on to the food. I have to admit that I haven't always been a fan of Arab food in the city. However, my opinion completely changed after dining at "Zistaki". Desde el momento en que entré al restaurante, quedé impresionado por la cálida y acogedora atmósfera, lo que me hizo sentir como en casa. La decoración era de buen gusto y la ubicación era cómoda, lo que añadió a la experiencia general.

Una experiencia increíble, nos da pena haberlo descubierto el último día en nuestra estancia en Cartagena, porque nos hemos quedado con ganas de probar otros platos. Veníamos recomendadas y fue un acierto. Nosotras somos vegetarianas con preferencia vegana y sin duda hay opciones vegetarianas y veganas y eso es de apreciar mucho sobre todo en esta cuidad donde las opciones escasean. Valoramos el tener muchas opciones para elegir y no solo poder optar a dos o tres. Por otro lado todo estaba buenísimo y el precio muy bien comparado con otros servicios de similar calidad, mas barato ya que la calidad es alta. Es cierto que cuando hemos ido a penas había personas, pero el servicio fue bueno y lo que tardaron es sacarlo estuvo bien. Se nota que todo está preparado allí y eso se valora también. Salimos sorprendidas de lo bueno que estaba, de los mejores lugares que hemos probado y sin duda yo iría 100% si estuviera en Cartagena aunque haya que moverse del centro porque merece la pena y sobre todo si necesitas opciones veggies ya que vas a tener la opción de comer comida árabe sin perder la esencia, sin necesidad de consumir carne. Nos pedimos un plato que era veggie Deluxe (o algo así que no recuerdo), espectacular y luego el giro falafel, aunque para mí gusto al llevar patatas, pan y rebozado demasiado HC junto para mi, aunque el chico me trajo más salsa de la que me gustó y pude echarle, e igual otra vez elegiría la opción veggie de sawarma, pero igualmente estaba muy bueno y es algo más personal de gusto. Luego nos pedimos unas paletas de helados artesanales que tenían, muy buenos también, aunque nos quedamos con ganas de probar otros postres.

Como único inconveniente si tuviera que decir alguno es que el café solo lo servían solo y no había ninguna opción de leche o leche vegetal y eso nos hizo tener que tomarlo fuera ya que no nos gusta solo, pero es algo mínimo que no comento para considerarlo y por si le puede servir al restaurante como posible cambio.
