Hotel Bella Mar — Hotel in Cartagena

Strong words you may say calling a hotel heaven, but to me everything about the hotel, the staff and location are a little bit of Ibiza heaven. This is my 2nd stay at the hotel, and again I can't fault it. From the second you arrive the staff make you very welcome and they are very organised at reception rooms always well cleaned. This year I decided to go half-board with the evening meals included. to say the food is excellent is an understatement. The out door area is lovely with a beautiful view across the bay again always clean and tidy with plenty of sun loungers.|I would recommend this hotel any day...

The Hotel itself is more or less ok. The rooms are quite small but clean. The shower offers no possibility to regulate the temperature.||But the worst thing is the location if the Bellamar Hotel. |It is not near at all the point shown in the map, it's at an ugly part of Cartagena, 20 min taxe drive from the city center. |We only had this one night here and ee booked in advance. Also there was no way to check, that we are at the right place before check in. ||This is really not what...

La señora que al parecer es la esposa o la suegra del dueño y atiende en el restaurante es muy mala persona, grosera por su actitud, no deberían dejar atender a esa señora el restaurante, nos tiro la comida, no ofrece el menú, varias personas se quejaron de su atención y demora. En cambio la hija de la señora es muy gentil y tiene buena atención al cliente. Hay mucho ruido externo colocan música hasta altas horas de la noche y se escucha en las habitaciones que tienen balcón. Las habitaciones de los primeros pisos presentan olor a humedad y tienen poca iluminación, pero los últimos pisos están recién construidos y son los mejores para hospedarse buena iluminación y buena ambientación, aunque las habitaciones triples son un poco pequeñas, las habitaciones dobles si son cómodas. En la recepción la chica que atiende en la mañana es un 10 de 10 (la amamos) es la que mejor atiende y gestiona y es muy comprensiva, pero la de la noche atiende muy mal y siendo la cara del hotel no deberían tenerla allí.
