Few things I love more than hunting down a new food truck, and damn sure glad I found this one. It was a tough choice between the four different varieties this evening and a bit of a plunge to try octopus out of a truck, but it sure did not disappoint one bit. It was perfectly flavored and texture. None of that extra chewiness that you find at even more expensive sit down restaurants. Really just top quality across the board. The pork shoulder was tremendously tender and both had a varieties of flavors that delighted. Can’t wait to track them down again to try the rest. Listen, if you see these guys in your neck of the woods, STOP WHATEVER YOURE DOING and go grab some tacos. I’ve been in the food world my entire life and I know superior gourmet food when I taste it. Tres Tacos is it. Period. Their brisket tacos are what got me and my girlfriend hooked at the Lake Worth farmers market (Saturday mornings), but I tried the octopus tacos today and I had a near come to God moment. Their prices are superb, the service is increíble, and the food is out of this world. Don’t sleep on these guys! Go follow them on social media so you know when they’re in your area. From one foodie to another, you won’t regret it....

Really enjoy their food and the people are extremely nice. Great local business and worth the slightly pricey tacos, as the quality and taste far outweigh the extra dollar or two spent. Everything is handmade, including the tortillas which makes for a new level of delicious. The brisket tacos are my favorite, followed by the cerdo. If you're feeling adventurous, the pulpo are worth a try to experience something a little off the beaten path of taco flavors. They also have some great helados to try as well.
