HOTEL BOUTIQUE MULATO — Hotel in El Colegio

We made a special trip to Mesitas to eat at Chef Jennifer’s restaurant, Mestizo, which is attached to this hotel so we decided to stay overnight. The hotel is super adorable, in a traditional style structure that displays unique, antique local architecture, including the interior patio at the center. The hotel itself and rooms are spacious and the service is impeccable. There is a cute garden on the top floor where the kitchen team often pulls fresh ingredients from. El día 4 de enero de 2025, realice una reserva en el Hotel Boutique Mestizo, donde pague la mitad de mi reserva. El día 5 de enero salgo hacia mi destino con mi familia, a pesar de mis quebrantos de salud los cuales informe al hotel esperando tener algo de consideración. De camino encuentro las vías de acceso cerradas por la policía nacional. Escribo al lugar esperando una solución, explicando que por problemas de movilidad de cierre de vías no nos fue posible llegar al lugar, inicialmente nos ofrecen reprogramar, creando una falsa expectativa, ya que luego dicen que no se puede reprogramar por ser temporada de alta, y que se quedarán el total de mi dinero.
