Hostel La Rosa Náutica — Hotel in Guaduas

We discovered the hostel this 2017 and were lucky enough to have found a spare room the first week of the year. The cleanness is the best characteristic of the rooms; we have tried two different rooms and they are as tidy as any 4-star hotel, from the bathroom to the linens. The rooms we have tried have TV with cable and fan, just in case. Besides this very critical aspect, the hostl has a peculiar decoration which makes it even more comfortable. You can have breakfast or make your own, though we have nor tried this feature yet. The owner is Britt and his wife Colombian, and they make you feel like you are another local in town, not too many questions asked, so you feel like your just staying at your relatives house for a weekend. Beautiful hotel- well designed, more than affordable, and staffed by a wonderful lot. All the furniture and much of the tiling and decoration is of fine artesenal wood carpentry. I mentioned that my motorcycle had gotten stuck in the mountains and an hour later a relative of one of the staff showed up in a land rover to haul it back, then helped me get it repaired. I´ll like to star saying that Guaduas it´s by far the best town in Colombia, about the hostes I can say that it has a really good and confortable instalations that make you feel like home, it has a really nice rooftop where you can hang out or just realax and also is tow blocks away from the down town, and It´s almost as near as others towns like Giradot, Villa de...
