The hotel was stunning, with beautifully appointed rooms and excellent ventilation. The beach was breathtaking, and the pool with the slide for the kids was a blast. We took so many amazing photos to share with our family. However, the food and drinks included in the package weren’t quite up to our expectations. The menu was quite limited, and the good food often sold out quickly. For instance, the lasagna night only lasted 1.5 hours, and everyone was left with the option of seafood. The drinks included in the drink package were served in small cups and only had one bar with long lines. My family decided to eat at the market restaurant instead. It had a great menu and a wide variety of foods for breakfast and lunch. The food was far superior compared to the food package. My kids and wife really enjoyed eating from there. My wife and I decided to pay for drinks because the drink menu was much better than the drink package with more bars serving drinks,big sizes drinks and no lines to order them. The service at the hotel was a bit robotic and lacked personal touch. My kid got sick on the night of our stay and threw up in the sheets. Instead of asking about his well-being, the first thing they said was, “We have charged you an extra fee to clean the bed.” They never asked about his health or how he was feeling. Overall, the hotel was great for taking photos, the beach was beautiful, and the pool was fun. However, the service and food included in the food package were not great. If you’re looking for a superior experience, I recommend paying for the better food and drinks separately and don’t buy the drink package and food.

El hotel es muy bello las habitaciones son aseadas y comodas con baño privado y cielo abierto 😍aire acondicionado, (me hospede en un bungalow) estuve 4 días y todos los días iba alguien hacer aseo, de la calidad del aseo no puedo contar mucho ya que siempre elegí que no lo realizarán por que quería descansar justo en los momentos que iban hacerlo, el mar es simplemente hermoso y tranquilo muy limpió al igual que la playa es divina y muy limpia, la piscina se queda pequeña para tanto huésped...(los empleados comentan que el hotel aún no está terminado y falta mas del 70% de construcción) *oportunidades de mejora* La comida sin duda alguna, la porción es buena pero el sabor no es que sea el mejor, los chips de plátano te los dan con todo y cáscara, no hay variedad en el menú, en general toda la comida debe de mejorar. En la playa hace falta mas sitios para refugiarse del sol y sillas ya que son muy pocas y la gente madruga apartar su lugar, canecas de basura. Los puntos de hidratación para los perritos playeros y los comederos, solo tienen uno en toda la playa y el agua permanece sucia, se bota mucha comida en el restaurante y no se permite alimentar a los perritos que tienes cerca :( Deben de invertir en guías o capacitar a los conductores para que te hablen de los lugares que visitas y cumplir con los tiempos establecidos, (del cabo de la vela nos dijeron que volveriamos al hotel a las 7pm y llegamos a las 4:30pm) Recomendaciones - no sé dejen engañar por los supuestos descuentos que ofrece la agencia que está dentro del hotel son unos *estafadores* los tours tienen sus precios ya fijos la dinámica de ellos es subirle el precio y hacerle a usted escuchar una "charla" por un supuesto descuento que en realidad no existe, son demasiado insistentes en que adquiera paquetes con ellos para próximos viajes *no caiga* simplemente diga no me interesa la charla y siga su camino en el momento que vaya a comprar los tours y le pregunten que si ya escucho la charla dice que si y ya o si puede compre los tuors desde el inicio. Si puede lleve su licor, mekatos y agua ya que allí todo es demasiado costoso El hotel es bastante grande así que casi todo queda lejos y pues por el clima se te hace mas lejos aún, así que aplícate bastante protección solar, botella de agua en mano y a caminar con paciencia. Para los tuors (cada experiencia es única acá leerás mi perspectiva frente a cada uno de los tuors que realicé) - tuor salinas de Manaure Acá el atractivo más llamativo son unos niños que son súper súper tesos tomando fotos de resto no hay mucho que ver, no hay un guía que explique el proceso de la sal y se demora uno mas en el transporte que en el "tuor" (te bajas del bus te tomas la foto y te vas) luego te llevan a las playas de Manaure te dicen que te dan una hora para bañarte en el mar y te regresan al hotel Costo $90.000 por personas precio 2023 - Tour cabo de la vela Pasa igual se demora uno mas en el transporte que en el propio lugar (tres horas por trayecto con paradas máximo de 7' para tomar fotos) la primera parada es en Uribia como en un supermercado *RECOMENDACIÓN* compren mucha mucha agua para los niños que mas adelante se encontrarán en Medio del desierto, de verdad que son muchos. -Si aún te faltan varios días en el hotel aprovecha y compra suministros (licor si tomas ya que dentro del hotel todo es extremadamente costoso) - es mejor ir con zapato cerrado y comodo si desean subir al pilón de azucar - el transporte es mucho mejor en camioneta aunque cueste un poquito más Costo $ 230.000 persona en camioneta y190.00 en bus -tour cuatrimotos Es muy agradable aunque el recorrido es muy corto y despacio para los que nos gusta la velocidad Costo $130.000 por persona *Estos tours no incluyen guía que te explique historia de nada el conductor te lleva a cada lugar y te dice cuánto tiempo puedes estar y ya* Pdt: no se desanimen al leer comentarios no tan positivos la experiencia es única y cada persona la vive diferente, espero les sirva un montón 😘

Lo único malo malísimo es la comida, si eres vegetariano NO VAYAS! No hay variedad! Personalmente como mucha verdura y los 4 días que estuve comí la misma ensalada, la proteína si tenía buen sabor, la chuleta en chimichurry deliciosa. La verdad muchas cosas que leí no las viví: - había suficiente comida aunque no era variada, no tuvimos que esperar mucho a llenar - habían suficientes vasos y cubiertos - siempre había agua fría para llenar el termo - siempre hubo buena disposición del personal - nos ayudó mucho un muchacha Pauli que la conocimos en el bus, es como tal trabajadora del hotel y nos ayudó con el transporte, los toures y demás - apenas llegamos estába un bus esperándonos para ir al hotel (solo había que llenar el forms); para el regreso pagamos 30 mil por 2 adultos y 1 Niño. El transporte estaba incluido y pues por el afán y por no pelear nos tocó pagarlo, no hubo claridad en el tema pero bueno ( habíamos llenado el forms de ida y regreso) - la charla “obligatoria” de la membresía de los planes fue de 10 min porque mi esposo fue sincero y Dijo que no nos interesaba, así que el q dijo que Demoro una hora fue porque no los cortó. Te dicen que es para el descuento de toures y ese es como el gancho - la piscina no estaba tan llena, aunque no había espacio como tal en las sillas porque eran pocas (la gente madruga a poner sus cosas y ni las usan) - en ningún momento nos sentimos invadidos por los vendedores de toures, nos ofrecieron la charla y ya - las clases de rumba al atardecer fueron excelentes - nos atendieron súper a mi hijastro de 5 años, dejamos en la mesa un sombrero de él y nos lo regresaron - con la manilla tienen como derecho a bebidas no alcohólicas que básicamente es gaseosa, abren desde las 11 lo cual se me hace tarde - siempre hubo agua y luz - Los horarios de almuerzo, desayuno y cena si son súper puntuales, no puedes ir después de la hora - las habitaciones súper limpias, las señoras del aseo nos prestaron escoba, el cosito de la puerta de no molestar, más papel higiénico, muy queridas. Personalmente les recomiendo el bloque o el hotel, las rancherías no se ven nada lindas, tienen un montón de bichos y nos dijeron que hacía mucho calor; los bungalus tienen la ducha al aire libre por arriba, es un aspecto a considerar. - en las habitaciones NO HAY shampoo ni acondicionador como en otros hoteles, así que deben llevar - tomamos la promo de cócteles en el restaurante pago y súper, les dejo el menú por si desean chismosear, nos atendieron excelente con el niño, hasta le dieron cerezas - sī tienen niños, estén súper juiciosos con el repelente porque después de las 6 pm empeora la cosa - las camas súper cómodas, facilitaron el check in que fue antes de la hora y el check out porque fue una persona a revisar el consumo del mini bar antes de la hora y agilizó - sï van al cabo de la vela lleven paquetes o galletas porque los indígenas hacen paros donde si o si hay que darles cosas, en un momento tocó comprarles si o si o no nos dejaban pasar, esto si no es del hotel. - no vi salvavidas en ningún lado, ni en el mar ni en l piscina, no hay control y l gente se mete al mar en la noche, leí en otra reseña que habían agua malas y pues nadie lo advierte En términos generales nos fue bien, pero pues les recomiendo leer reseñas Antes de ir

Reservation process was slow and difficult. We dealt with Verena but it was hard to get a hold of her. We wanted to stay in the hotel block and were told there was availability, but she had got it wrong and booked us in the Rancheria, which we did not enjoy at all, especially for the price we paid. The rancheria rooms were old and did not feel comfortable. Sand was everywhere in the room and there was no way to clean off the sand before getting in the room. The hotel room was very big but also very empty, and did not look very nice or comfortable. Even the toilet was too big and empty. The wifi connection was bad and slow. Even though it was promoted as a resort, there really was no other activities provided by the hotel other than the beach and the pool (which was full most of the time, no social distancing at all, covid...). The food was ok, and we found lunch to consistently be better than breakfast and dinner, which didn't have good options. The front desk staff were horrendous. The check in staff were so slow and unattentive. The wait was long, and there really wasn't any place to wait. The initial room we received didn't even have sheets on the bed! It was a very bad experience to start. And then we didn't find any blankets or towels and we had to go to the front desk and ask them for it, because there are no phones to call the front. Instead of getting room service to bring it to the room and apologising for the mistake, we were given the towels and blankets at the front desk and told to just take it to our rooms. Not something we expected for the price we paid and the type of resort it's branding itself to be.||||Great views, and mostly solitary beaches. But with a full resort, even the beaches become full. I understand paying for the feeling of a private beach and being away from everyone else, but that's all you're really paying that much for. Even the beach wasn't that great, and it was very windy when we visited, meaning alot of waves that weren't great for people not comfortable with the water. ||||All in all, good location, but I don't think I'll be back and I don't think I would recommend it to others as well. Definitely not worth the price paid, and there are other hotels that are just as private with nicer beaches and better prices, and most importantly, better staff and attention...
