Magdalena Beach House — Hotel in Magdalena

We stayed 4 nights at Magdalena beach house and enjoyed our stay. One thing for sure is that it is great value for money, given for less than €50 a night you get a decent size room, a nice breakfast and lovely staff with good advice! Big thumbs up to Matteo who made our stay excellent with his help and recommendations! You can hear nature around everywhere. You can get a massage on the property which is excellent! Note a couple of things: the property is not on the beach but 10 min walk to the closest beach and 10 min bus from Tayrona Natural Park. Also very limited restaurant options, basically only one a couple of minutes away. No hot water but water at a decent...

I loved it here. Wow the rooms are so cozy and yet spacious (I stayed in a delux double and it was so worth it) It feels like home here. I stayed for 5 nights and didn’t want to leave.

The staff is incredible and super warm and you can really feel that they care from the hearts about the guests. They were also kind enough to let me use a separate space to have my work calls.

It’s away from the main road and super peaceful at night. You can hear the jungle sounds and for me that’s amazing to be up in the trees hearing the sounds...

We stayed there for four days and everything was perfect. Maria was a wonderful guest; the first day she waited for us more than five hours and prepared us a dinner after 9 p.m. The main bungalow was like a house on a tree: all around only birds and surrounding nature. The breakfast was rich, the rooms very simple but clean, and with an astonishing view on the forest. She helped us for everything: activities, laundry, renting cars and so on. And what about her kittens...the happiest cats in the world, we think;...
