Hotel La Posada de la Ermita — Hotel in Mariquita

The town and hotel are very pleasant. The location is a 5-minute walk from the plaza and 10 minutes from the bus station (sic, just a stretch of road), but you'll need a taxi if you're pulling a suitcase between the cobblestones and the traffic. The town's iconic attraction is 100 feet from the hotel. Breakfast is fine and you're on your own for other meals...there are a few good restaurants (Rancho Santa Clara for one). A/C and fridge work fine and the pool is pleasant if underchlorinated. No wi-fi problems. If it's full, the place across the street looks...
