Super noisy and No hot water most of the time. Caution: Rooms on the front of the hotel are bombarded with club music from the gym across the street from 5am till past 10pm music 🎶 🥁 . In addition there is this constant ear piercing beeping from the gym 🚨 . The windows and walls are paper thin. You could hear people talking and wake up alarms all morning. Towels are threadbare and stained. Only one towel per person, had to argue for additional towel to not slip on tile floor. Moved from deluxe room to interior room to avoid noice was told those rooms don’t include sheets. Again had to argue to get sheets. Lock was not secure. Could wiggle knob and open door without key 😮. Hotel had tiny ants 🐜. Hotel does not look as good as pictures furniture is worn or beat up. Room only had one electric outlet that was so worn out I had to hold pug in with chair. Not sure how this hotel has a 4 star review. Beware....

However, the windows couldn’t properly close so it got noisy in the morning when traffic picked up. Not the greatest location either (near the stadium if you want to experience South American football) - would recommend staying near Lleras...
