Whether your visit is for business or pleasure, this hotel is located conveniently next to San Pedro mall. The staff is very friendly and always ahead of your needs. The breakfast included is delicious, with egss, fruits, breads, hot beverages and even some local treats. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. I suggest to ask for an exterior view which is way better than the parking lot view of the rest of the rooms. The hotel has an small restaurant which offers food until 10pm or by room service. And if you want fast food and beer, right at the hotel's door, you can find two pubs with domestic and international beers or hard liquor. Besides. The hotel grants you access to a close...

He claimed to be fixing the air conditioning, which was working perfectly well, and then left. We found that $100 had been taken from our room. We felt totally unsafe in the hotel after...

No one in this hotel can speak English. The breakfast is horrible, lowest quality products like block cheese and food colored yogurt... Guests cannot enter the room for more than 20 minutes, otherwise they are charged. The room is ugly. The bed is made in a wrong manner exposing the matrace during night. The air conditioning is blowing directly on the bed. The service and staff are incredibley unfriendly. I can only hope this hotel will change...
