Hotel Boutique La Cabrera — Hotel in Neiva

Hello world from Neiva in Colombia. It was my first time to visit Colombia, and I am convinced now I should visit this Cabrera Boutique hotel again. Recommendable for business trip and couple and families.The hotel is so close from Neiva airport, only 3 minutes drive. ||Hotel staff showed me all grade of room in the hotel. All rooms are so clean & white! I love the pure white wall without any spot at all. All rooms have 42+ inch LG TV, and Queen or King size bed. I never found any single tired mattrass. I found more than 20 dishes in dinner menu, which made me regret that I could stay only 2 night here this time.||||The hotel owner explained impressive story on what "Boutique" means. Because the hotel has 3 extra rooms for meeting purpose with huge 50 inch LG displays and microphone and speaker. These rooms can be used for expo or sales campaign. When I want to start some kind of trading business in Neiva, the owner may well be adviser. Turkish sauna bath room was also impressive.||The hotel is not so huge so it does not have gim or swimming pool, but the owner hinted his future plan for building a pool nearby. We stayed at the place from april 6th until april 9th. And while the majority of our stay went as could be expected, we experienced the most stupid thing I’ve ever tried in a hotel. We had put some swimwear up to dry on a railing (that was away from everyone) at 3 in the afternoon. It is there all day and most of the Night until 4AM when one from the staff wakes us up first by calling on the phone and then by knocking on the door asking us to take it Down. We obviously remove it as we of course didn’t want to bother anyone. But it is simply mindblowingly stupid not to wait a few hours until we eat breakfast and ask us to take it Down then instead of disturbing us in the middle...

Just a little funky. We arrived at 7:00 PM and found the door locked, which I thought was odd. The neighborhood is totally fine and we walked around a bit. So my guess is the lock is to make nervous travelers feel safe.||||The lobby and upstairs sitting areas are very nice. Room was large. Bed was solid - the way I like it.||||Very modern look and feel. Also, everything in the building looks new.
