This beautiful Spanish Colonial-style house is a hidden gem in the bustling downtown area of Palmira. We chose this location because it’s conveniently close to government offices, notaries, the city planning department, and other places where we needed to complete various tasks like paying property taxes. Despite its central location, the interior is quiet and peaceful, offering a serene retreat.
At night, the surroundings clear out, becoming calm and quiet. The area also boasts several tourist attractions, including the majestic cathedral in the city center, located across from The Simon Bolívar Park, The Cultural and Recreation House, the beautiful, and ancient Trinidad Holy Church just a block away, The Carmelos Church from The Barefoot Carmelitas Father Carmelitas Order. Transportation is easy to find, making it simple to get around Palmira and nearby attractions.
