On Vacation Blue Cove All Inclusive — Hotel in Saint Andrew

I usually give places the benefit of the doubt, but this hotel proved me wrong in every way. If you're reading this and thinking about ignoring the bad reviews—don’t. This is your sign to believe them. From the moment my wife and I checked in, things went downhill fast. Our room was dirty and humid, and to top it off, there was dry blood on the bedsheets, and my pillow was literally rotting away with mold. When I requested a new room, they offered us another one that was just as filthy, and this one didn’t even have AC. We stuck it out for one night and then had enough—we ended up renting an Airbnb elsewhere to salvage our trip. As for the amenities? The food was passable but nothing special, and the pool was so dirty you couldn’t even see your feet when standing in it. The bar served drinks in ridiculously small cups, which felt more like a joke than a service. And if you’re thinking about exploring the beaches or the center, be prepared to spend about 30 minutes and 45,000 COP on a taxi ride each way. There were a few friendly staff members, but the majority made us feel like we were inconveniencing them just by being there. The overall experience was so bad that I felt compelled to write this review. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place...

Total Scam, DO NOT stay here.||CONS|- Food, dangerous, disgusting and cold and every day is the same thing.|- High probability to get robbed (no security at all and hundreds of bad looking people.|- Location, very far, taxis dont want to come here and if the do they charge a lot, specially at night|- No service at all, no cleaning rooms during stay, no changing towels, linens, drinking water only in 2 places (Bars), every employee is in a Bad mood|- Bad Liquor and beverages, really low quality in beverages; dont get scammed with ALL INCLUSIVE slogan|- Animals in the Rooms halls, cats and dogs walking around the facility and sometimes they walk nearby your room|- Safety box is a Joke (see pic)|- Dirty Pool, if they dont clean the room or change linens for the new guest I dont imagine the Pool maintance.|- Construction right next to your room, spect noisy mornings|- Garbage right before the building, no wonder why there are cats and dogs|- to get average dinner have to book it, only from 7-8am, if you arrive 10 min later... sorry|- No internet|- No Tv signal||PRO|-...

Rather far away from everything||No WiFi, only a slow signal in the lobby but you have to ask them to make you a unique username and password to get it.||Horrible service from the staff at reception, most at the buffet,the drinks area and from the sea front life guard. ||You have to try very hard to get attention from reception staff especially if you have more than one query - just not happy to help.||Pool and sea services didn't open till later than 11 although advertised as 10am.||Room was worse: static TV screen without remote, freezing Aircon you have to ask them to change, no cupboards or night desks, 1 broken dirty wardrobe for 4 of us, 2 of the lights didn't work, toilet flushes too weakly, dirty unsafe stairs, dirty linens and towels, only one towel for 2 days for 4 of us. ||Food wasn't great - same things every day and most of us got sick from it. ||Probably some other things I forgot, but I would not recommend it at all seeing as it is advertised as a luxury all-inclusive on despegar and is more expensive than others in the...
