Hotel Ecoposada Viña de Aldana — Hotel in Santander

Room: super basic, mattress was hard as a rock, bathroom door didn’t close and there were too many bugs including cockroaches. ||Food: None past breakfast, so make sure |you pack food if you want a snack. ||Service: This is where i have PLENTY of issues, kitchen staff was super nice, the owner on the other hand, was a self centered, arrogant, imposing, know it all piece of garbage. We booked a room at last minute, after arriving to the hotel, there was no one there to receive us. We knocked and screamed half hour but nobody opened us. We wrote the management but no answer. So we had to stay outside.

We look for other hotel and went away since it was already dark and cold. Two hours later, after canceling the booking, the management write back asking to come over so she can open.

The hotel is super hidden, very far away from the main street. And Hard to locate if you are not local.

Poor maintenance, definitely needs an exterminator because there were multiple cockroaches in the rooms and the bathrooms were disgusting. Owner was nice until we needed assistance with various things, he was very inconsiderate and rude.
