HOTEL LAS CABEZAS GRISES — Hotel in Santander

I stayed with them for 2 nights with i believe the cheapest option. The room was decent and the price was cheap. It’s a simple room at a cheap price; nothing to complain about. Although, the fan in the room is quite old and it fell on me on the last night. So safety is not the best.

However, the location was actually not good. On google map it might show up as close but the hotel is at the bottom of the hill. You have to walk 15 mins up hill to get to the centre of the town.

Lastly, the owners of the hotel are beyond rude. They have been harassing me for the past 3 days because I gave them a pleasant stay on booking.com, and not a higher rating review. They did not respond to the review on the official page, but messaged me calling me a bad person. Saying i stayed at the cheaper room instead of staying at a nice room. Even though i did not complain about the room at all. They listed item like hair dryer on booking but don’t have it. Then when asked they said they don’t have that. He was nice enough to gave me on my last night, but then messaged me saying he only gave me as a favour. They should not list item that are not available in the room on their site. La experiencia terrible, llegamos luego de hacer la reserva ,validar q aceptaban mascotas y de llamar a informar q eran 2 perros, al llenar la información la recepcionista recibe una llamada y me dice que no es posible alquilarme la habitación por q los perros eran grandes, (son perros medianos coker y lucher cachorro ) que el jefe " que no dio la cara" la llamo y le dio la orden.Por lo que sin más nos dejaron sin hotel.Considero que si no estan dispuestos a recibir mascotas simplemente no pongan en la información que se aceptan mascotas y no den información falsa ya que el perjuicio en esta época es grande más después de un viaje largo y con la expectativa de llegar con reserva.Para completar mentiroso el propietario de la por que responde que no aceptan perros pero en booking al hacer el filtro por hoteles que acepten mascotas este dichoso hotel aparece , además que no lee la reseña pues llame antes de...
