Hotel Titanium Plaza — Hotel in Santander

There is NO hot water in this hotel. The bathroom is also very tiny. There are motion activated lights in hallway that aggravatingly shut off before the elevator arrives. The breakfast is very poor and skimpy. It is nicely appointed with modern fixtures, but a MUCH nicer hotel is located just next door that has larger rooms, hot water, and a buffet breakfast with numerous choices. There's even in room coffee and the room cost is not that much more. We moved ASAP and were greeted with a fruit drink and told to have breakfast even though we arrived in the morning well before check in time. I rated the Hotel Titanium Plaza average only because it has modern upgrades and quality towels and bedding, otherwise I would rate it poor due to poor breakfast and lack of hot water - cold showers aren't my thing no matter how hot...

Staff tried to be friendly. There were issues with the wifi. The response from most was they were going to restart it, which never worked. Finally a person I presume to be the manager got a "technician" to manually restart the booster in the hallway, which resolved the issue. There was one individual who had a real attitude problem.
