I can refer you to other reviews on TA or booking sites that talk about the physical characteristics of this place - this review is about the hospitality we received from the owner and staff of this well located guesthouse.||||Massey (sp?) saved us on this portion of our month long Colombia journey first because we brought along almost no Spanish language skills (Warning: do not do this), and he speaks English. ||||Then he kept doing everything possible to support our contentment while we stayed in Tolu. He went himself to the nearby airport to check out flights for us and when I surprised my wife with my one month early Valentines Day gambit, (see earlier reviews over the last 4 years), he set out the candles and sparkling white wine to go with our lobster pasta made right there.||||He arranged for a horse and carriage ride for us to top it off and when the buggy did not show on time, he left twice to nudge them to come get us for a nice candlelit ride around this small seaside resort. He did all this with unwavering enthusiasm. We often happen upon guesthouse owners that want customer service to be the very best they can provide. This was one of those places.||||Plus the pizza has the right kind of thin crust. ||||Give this place your business. Lamentablemente estuve con mis compañeros de trabajo y tuvimos una pésima experiencia en este alojamiento, la sra Claudia fue una persona, grosera, atrevida, hostil y displicente con nosotros y con sus trabajadores. Nuestra permanencia fue de 1 semana y desde el día uno nos hizo saber su incomodidad, pues requeríamos una habitación para cada uno, y por temas logísticos no podía brindarnos más y tuvimos acomodación múltiple, debido a que manejamos diferentes horarios laborales, aún así accedimos, pero está sra no desaprovechó ningún momento para hacernos sentir incómodos,a pesar de ser una "pizzería" no podía vendernos comida, a menos de que todos obligatoriamente cenaremos allá, pues ella no iba a prender el horno si no era así, y muchas situaciones por el estilo, llegando incluso a maltratados verbalmente, hasta el punto que nos marchamos de ahí. Me sorprende haber visto buenas reseñas, pues se nota que no es una buena persona en ningún aspecto, lo cual hace pésima la estadía, y resalto el maltrato a sus trabajadores. NO LO...

El Hotel Pizzería Opera Tolú, es desde lejos la mejor opción en Santiago de Tolú, “tranquilo” alejado del bullicio, “seguro” vigilancia policial permanente, a media cuadra de una playa hermosa que me permitió disfrutar del paisaje mientras te divertía con mi familia, la habitación amplia, limpia, y con una cama cómoda.

Además, cuentan con un restaurante donde disfrute de la mejor cocina italiana pizza y pastas, acompañados de un buen vino y en compañía de otros visitantes naciones y extranjeros con los que compartes experiencias.

El señor Massimo y la Señora Claudia, excelentes anfitriones, son amables y familiares, se apersonan de tu estancia y te guían para tener siempre la mejor opción en cuanto a actividades recreativas, como el viaje a isla...
