Hostal Casa Celeste — Hotel in Tolima

Located on the main square but as the town isnt very busy it was all good. The room is basic but very clean. Marcella who runs the place also speaks English and is very amicable and helpful. It was nice to meet her. And also Ofir who runs the shop downstairs and make a wonderful coffee with cinamon. We also met a coffee producer (Salinas) who works on producing a more sustainable coffee and has won already some rewards for the quality of his coffee. Great location facing the main square, clean rooms and the two sisters who run the place are so helpful and nice. They know English which made life easier. There’s a store downstairs so that helpful also and restaurants 50-100’ away. Murillo is a little town and it’s like going back in time. I walked from my room to the waterfalls. El lugar perfecto para quedarse en Murillo. No es una casa de familia adaptada sino un espacio 100% dedicado a ser hostal, eso me gustó mucho. Tiene un autoservicio muy bueno donde encontré lo que necesitaba. Destaco la limpieza de la habitación, el baño, la cama y los tendidos, todo estaba impecable.

Amé que es un proyecto familiar de mujeres. La casa es en madera, arquitectura tradicional del lugar con adecuaciones para la comodidad de quienes llegamos a disfrutar de una estancia en ella.

Fabiola y Marcela son muy amables, siempre atentas a ayudarte a solucionar todo lo que necesites. Ofir en el autoservicio también es muy amable y servicial.
