Your only option in Murillo so fortunately it's a good one or you'd be looking for the last pickup truck back to Líbano. No wi-fi but they have internet kiosks (reasonably high-speed) and the restaurant next door is good and cheap. The owners are connected with Murillo's tour guides (hiking, eco- and agrotourism, bird watching) but Spanish is a must unless you want 10 year olds interpreting for you, and you don't. In a few years (or maybe more) the highway will be continued through to Manizales and Murillo won't be a picturesque quiet village anymore (and climate change will take the snow off the mountain), so...
