To get to know the real Colombia, leave Bogota and head for Villavicencio - it's much more relaxed and the two hour drive down through the mountains, exiting through a five km tunnel is spectacular!||This little hotel is not far from the city centre and is surrounded by a variety of good places to eat out. The rooms are air conditioned and spotlessly clean and it is fantastic value for money. If you like nature, you can sit on the veranda and watch the birds in the back garden and the iguanas in trees. ||We felt so safe and well looked after that we wanted to stay longer. Great hotel, I was only planning to stay for 2 nights but ended up staying for the whole week. Within walking distance to bars and restaurants. Really nice staff, air-conditioned rooms (necessary) and perfect to relax...

Las sabanas y toallas del hotel tienen un olor impresionante a guardado. El kit de aseo que te dan parece más de un motel (jabón chiquito), en la reservación supuestamente incluía botella de agua que nunca dieron. Para cobrar es para lo único que están atentos y por cierto si vas con alguien a que te espere mientras te arreglas o algo para volver a salir y es mas o menos tarde, aún así te cobran el adicional como si se hubieran quedado. Me pareció pésimo el servicio y no recomiendo para nada este hotel, además el calor es infernal y la iluminación es mínima...
