Hotel M Boutique — Hotel in Villeta

The place is clean people there seem to want to help I'm thinking the ownership needs to put a few dollars in.? The breakfast is free it should be. 2 burnt eggs and a cup of coffee certainly not what I was hoping for I asked for fruit, they gave it to me along with the bill for the fruit and fruit juices it was astronomical I mean all I asked for was a little bit of fruit instead of burnt eggs. The reason I gave it three is because I'm not sure there's anything better in Viletta. This is my third stay there in that town every place seems a little run down and the little under financed. I'm going to keep looking and if you are going to be at the Pueblo then let me know check my reviews I will find someplace nice to stay always have a great time in the town absolutely fantastic places to eat just about anything you want. The hotel Mediterranean don't get to excited. The jacuzzi doesn't work it doesn't get hot and they shut it off at five o'clock the afternoon. The rooms are very plain it TV gets 9 stations and then of them are in English and there's no sports. Riding this review with my microphone....

We went for a weekend (couple plus 2 little kids), taking into account all the others places in the town, this is the best hotel around. The food was good in quantity and quality, I still see it a little overpriced but the service is very good, everybody (from front desk girl, to pool helper) were very friendly, always taking notes of our needs. All the beds are king size, the additional beds (for kids for example) are very comfortable. The bathromms inside the room was very clean, with a lot of details and services. the only downside, I believe is the price that is on par with some others 5 star hotels...||||I will recommed it to anybody, and if you get some type of discount, it offers...

El hotel Mediterraneo es o era un hotel de tradición en Villeta , de hecho fue el mejor de la región . Hace mucho tiempo no iba . Vi una promoción en Booking y no dudé en tomarla .||Hicimos un paseo familiar de día de la madre que se volvió una pesadilla , la llegada al hotel querían cobrar un menor de 11 años como adulto ... al llegar a la habitación no vimos aire acondicionado por ninguna parte y una de las condiciones decía "aire acondicionado " , hablamos con Yolanda su administradora , una señora maravillosa , atenta y todo lo que quieran pero que se bate a dos manos con dos hoteles , ya que los dueños en todo el frente abrieron un nuevo hotel al que le han invertido hasta el último peso que pudieron sacarle al original .||El Mediterráneo original , se está cayendo , es una piscina con cuartos , no hay personal que atienda y encima todo está dañado , por lo consiguiente , no hay aires acondicionados sino como en 3 habitaciónes . La niña Yolanda nos dice que no puede hacer nada porque es una "promoción " que el costo normal de la habitación es de 400 mil pesos noche . Se nota que nunca ha estado en un hotel de calidad , este hotel no vale más de 50 mil pesos la noche , únicamente por la piscina que rescata el resto . El desayuno ( incluido) es pobre , pobrísimo diría yo ! La misma niña de la recepción es quien sirve los desayunos , que traen de su joya de en frente el "Mediterráneo Boutique".||Nos fuimos un día antes , nada justifica pagar , cuando estás mejor en tu propia casa .||A los señores dueños les digo , cierren ! Este hotel se cae a pedazos y solo se sostiene en la nostalgia de lo que fue algún día . ||No hay derecho . Llamé a Booking y se portaron maravillosamente , me ayudaron en todo , les dije que con sinceridad les aconsejaba no asociarse con este establecimiento .||Las ventanas no cierran , se escucha todo el escándalo de la calle , todos los meseros están en el hotel del frente . Muy triste...
