Hotel Loft Pacifico — Hotel in Jacó

Sent an email asking for early check in days in advance and they never responded, got there 1 hour early and they wouldn't let me check in. Said come back in an hour at regular check in time..Came back an hour later and room still not ready...told to come back another hour..So,not only do I not get an early check in the room wasn't ready for an extended hour !!! The whole day wasted..Never did they try to make it right..Then they put me on the second floor with no elevator now I have to carry my bag up 50 steps..the room had terrible lighting with no safe or closet to hang close up...theirs more but...

We loved this hotel. Our Group stayed here in June. Great atmosphere. We enjoyed the food offered by the bar. The rooms were big and spacious. I think some were nicer than others, but ours was great for CR standards. Everyone in our group would happily stay here again. It was close enough to town. A great distance to keep teens away from the Jaco nightlife. |For the Wi-Fi fanatics, you aren't going to get great Wi-Fi anywhere in CR. First room was in the back where wi-fi does not reach. Very big rooms with strange configerations. First room was next to a room full of drunken men... lots of noise.||They moved us to another room. This room had lots of noise from above like people jumping up and down.||3rd time the charm... nope... somebody was able to use a key to slip the lock on the door but not get in.||Don't know what kind of hotel they are running here but will never stay here again.||This is why one always books ahead instead of being tired and accepting what is...
